Common Questions.

What is a Shared Branch?
A Shared Branch is a credit union branch that is equipped to accept transactions from members of other credit unions. When you use a Shared Branch, you'll find the person-to-person service you expect plus the convenience of new locations.

How do I use a Shared Branch?
Present your credit union account number and a photo ID to the Credit Union Representative at the Shared Branch.

Exactly what transactions can I perform at a Shared Branch?
As a member of a participating credit union, you can make deposits, withdrawals*, transfers, loan payments, and balance inquires. Certain services, such as money orders, movie tickets, and car wash tickets, are sold at the discretion of the Shared Branch.

Is there an additional transaction fee for using a Shared Branch?
No. Members do not pay for transactions made through Credit Union Representatives at Shared Branches. At this time you may incur a fee using Shared Branch ATMs, but we are working to change that!

*Withdrawal limits are set by the Shared Branch.
