1. Complete a Membership Application. The Membership Application is available at the Credit Union or online. New account applicants who mail their Membership Application must have their signatures notarized. 2. Obtain a copy of your Picture ID (driver's license or non-driver's license) and another form of identification (ex: payroll stub). 3. Deposit $25.00 into your Share Account with a check or money order payable to yourself. All new accounts are verified with Chex Systems. We reserve the right to deny any new accounts, when any derogatory information is given on a new account. If your identifications are acceptable, you account will be opened and a credit union information packet will be sent to you. If you do not meet the eligibility requirements, your funds will be returned to you with an explanation.
