Q:  What is a CU Service Center?
A:  A CU Service Center is a credit union branch that is equipped to accept transactions from members of other credit unions. When you use a CU Service Center, you'll find the person-to-person service you expect plus the convenience of new locations.

Q:  Where are CU Service Centers located?
A:  For a complete list of CU Service Center locations, use the CU Service Center locator at www.cuservicecenters.com.

Q:  How do I use a CU Service Center?
A:  Present your credit union account number and a photo ID to the Credit Union Representative at the CU Service Center. Within a few seconds, the Credit Union Representative is automatically linked to your account here at the Credit Union, and you can transact as many transactions as you need. It's that simple.

Q:  Exactly what transactions can I perform at a CU Service Center?
A:  As a member of a participating credit union, you can make deposits, withdrawals*, transfers, loan payments, and balance inquires. You can also make a Visa payment by making a deposit to your Share or Share Draft Account and then contacting your Credit Union to make the payment. Certain services, such as money orders, movie tickets, and car wash tickets, are sold at the discretion of the CU Service Center.

Q:  Is there an additional transaction fee for using a CU Service Center?
A:  No. Members do not pay for transactions made through Credit Union Representatives at CU Service Centers. At this time you may incur a fee using CU Service Center ATMs, but we are working to change that!

Q:  Is there anything I can't do at a CU Service Center?
A:  You can't join the credit union, correct errors on your account, apply for a loan, or open, close or make changes to your account.

Q:  Is the CU Service Center a branch of my credit union?
A:  Not actually, but you can conduct most financial transactions that you would usually do at your credit union. No matter where the CU Service Center is located, you can access your own personal credit union account there. Technology and the spirit of cooperation has enabled credit unions across the country to welcome you in the personal manner you're accustomed to!

*Withdrawal limits are set by the CU Service Centers.
