Your pay is available immediately as cash, unlike your payroll deposit, which may take days before you can access it. It's easy to sign up. Give your payroll department the following information.

By March 1, 2013, everyone getting federal benefits by paper check will need to switch to electronic payments (direct deposit) to an account or to the Direct Express® Debit MasterCard® card.
With direct deposit, the U.S. Treasury sends an electronic message to the Credit Union crediting your account with the exact amount of your benefit. The difference is, your check isn't printed or mailed.

Elmwood Ave. If you do not choose an electronic payment option by March 1, 2013, or at the time you apply for federal benefits, you will receive your payments via the Direct Express® card.
