Common Questions.
Is the ATM still surcharge-free if it's listed on the website but does not have the Allpoint logo?
Yes, all ATMs listed on AllpointNetwork.com are surcharge-free. Allpoint is constantly adding new ATMs to the Network and it may take 4-6 weeks to get their logo added onto these ATMs.
Will I be charged when I use an Allpoint ATM and the "surcharge message" screen appears?
No, due to the technical limitations of certain types of ATM machines, Allpoint is not able to prevent the "surcharge message" screen from appearing on many Allpoint ATMs. You should continue the transaction by answering "yes." Your receipt will show you were not assessed a surcharge.
If you believe you have been charged a surcharge fee incorrectly at an Allpoint ATM, submit a refund request to Allpoint. You will need to provide the first 9 digits of your card, date/time of transaction, ATM location's name and address, Terminal ID (found on ATM receipt) and total amount of transaction. If Allpoint confirms you were charged in error, the Credit Union will be notified and the $2.00 foreign ATM fee we assess at the end of the month will also be waived.
