Some of the features of our mobile banking app:

Account Summary – View a summary of your accounts and loans

Transfers – Transfer money between Credit Union accounts

Bill Pay – Pay your bills (must have a FREE Credit Union checking account and payees must first be set up for online bill pay via a desktop computer). To enroll in bill pay log into online banking, click bill pay listed under the services tab, accept terms and conditions, and set up payees.

Deposit – Snap a photo of your check with your smartphone and send it safely and securely into your account. Note the “Deposit” feature must be activated on the Credit Union’s end; request a mobile check deposit by calling the Credit Union at 716.847.6960.

Holds/Pledges/Pending ACH – View items holding in your account

Branch/ATM Locator – Locate ATMs that are Surcharge-FREE

I am already a Mobile Banking App User – You already have our mobile banking app. However, the “deposit” feature mentioned above is NEW, so you will need to request the “deposit” feature by calling the Credit Union at 716.847.6960. If you still do not see the “deposit” feature in the app after the Credit Union has enabled it for your account, delete the app and reinstall it; see the app store links below.

I am currently an Online Banking User – Download the mobile banking app by searching “Buffalo Metropolitan FCU” in the app store or clicking on the appropriate app store link below. Once the app is downloaded, log into mobile banking by using your online banking user ID and password. Register your smartphone device by following the steps on the screen (call the Credit Union at 716.847.6960 for assistance). After registering your device you may request the “deposit” feature by calling the Credit Union at 716.847.6960.

I am new to both Online & Mobile Banking – Currently not enrolled in FREE online banking and mobile banking. Enrolling is simple, call the Credit Union at 716.847.6960 to obtain your online banking and mobile banking login credentials (note you will use the same user ID and password for both services).

URGENT deposit notice you need to know

  • Checks must be marked “FOR MOBILE CHECK DEPOSIT ONLY TO BUFFALO METRO FCU” & endorsed with your signature
  • Do not throw away or destroy a check until you see it posted to your checking account
  • Even though you will see your check credited to your account immediately, funds are not available until the hold is released
  • Some checks may have a hold; refer to Funds Availability Policy for further information
  • Some checks will not be accepted (ex: some rebate checks)
  • Mobile check deposits may be made to savings, checking, MMA, and holiday accounts
  • A valid email address must be provided to notify you when a check submitted via mobile check deposit is not acceptable
  • Mobile check deposit disclosure
