Trouble logging into online banking

Try these tips:

  • Clear your cookies and temporary internet files
  • Make sure Java is enabled
  • Close and re-launch your browser
  • If you’re still experiencing connection issues try a different browser such as Chrome.
Steps for 1st Initial Log-In
  • User Name – Your account number – Joint account holders will be issued a different user name than the main account holder
  • Password – We will provide this during enrollment; you will be prompted to change it upon logging in
  • Go to the home page of our website at BfloMetroCU.org
  • Enter your user ID & password at the top right corner; it will say Online Banking & Bill Pay
  • Create a new password

FREE eStatements

You no longer have to wait for your statements to arrive in the mail. eStatements are available the first business day after the month has ended; log into online banking to view your eStatements.

Convenient & Secure

Avoid storing months and months of statements in your home. Online banking stores the last 12 months of statements which allows you to reference back to them.

Don’t worry about lost or stolen mail. eStatements reduces the chance of your statements ending up in the wrong hands. With eStatements you needn’t give up the paper trail, just the mail trail! If you need a hard copy, eStatements can be printed from your computer.

Steps to enroll in eStatements:

  • Log into Online Banking
  • Under Services, click View Statements
  • On the left, click E-Mail Preferences
  • Click the link to change your statement delivery method
  • Select E-mail as your statement delivery

Online Banking users who have been inactive for three months will be deactivated. You can reactivate your account by calling the Credit Union.
